I get what you're saying. I feel that all trashy MLs should be more self aware, but as you know, the ones that actually mature enough into their characters to be aware of what they did to the MC is too few and far between. A lot of that behavior gets swept under the rug, in a lot of BLs.
I think a lot of readers who encounter a shitty ML that becomes aware later on likes to double down on the comments to make up for all the previous MLs they've read that disappointed them. Just my opinion though

Just wanted to say I understand and agree with your comment. I haven't seen the raws, but I hope this manwha does a better job of acknowledging the trauma and hurt and doesnt just use misplaced humor or just rush through the ending to get to the fluff.
