When he was working as a doctor he had a patient with an illness he couldn’t cure (I’m pretty sure it was a form of cancer). That patient had a lonely life and no will to live, the only person keeping him going was our mc.
One day a dragon man came to him in his sleep, and asked him if he wanted to follow him to a new world, the patient obviously thought it’s was just a dream and said only if the mc could come with him, because he loved the mc to the point that he couldn’t bare to leave him.
So the dragon put all his effort into transporting his love, he ran out of energy when our mc was crossing over hence the age regressed body.
We find this all out when our mc becomes a world renown doctor in the new world, and he gets kidnapped by the dragons brother (who did it because he also loves the patient, and if you’re wondering why that idiot didn’t just ask it’s because the dragons country is a closed nation and the moron didn’t think they would listen to his request).
Our mc is a lot more willing to follow the brother dragon, when he hears the name of person who’s he’s been kidnapped to treat is the same name of his patient back on earth.
At some point he gets found by his husband’s and they continue to the dragon country.
They reunite but the patient is in a coma, with his new healing ability our mc can finally keep his promise to heal the patient. When the patient awakes he’s surprised that his doctor is here, and younger, he feels really bad after the doctor tells him what he’s been through, but our mc comforts him saying it was worth it to be able to meet him lovers and to be able to heal him

An update is still an update, I always live by my motto “beggars can’t be choosers”
Although I’m grateful to the person that updated (And I’m uncertain if it’s the same person updating) I hope that you asked the other translator if it was okay for you to post, it would be a shame if the two of you clash and one persons hard work goes to waste
