One thing I have to say (even though the creator of this probably won’t see this) is that sometimes the background and the characters are hard to distinguish because there is no variation in the line art (whether it’s width or saturation) having a thicker outline of the characters, or less of the sketch like lines, can make the piece as a whole seem less messy.
Other then that this is a pleasure to read and truly a diamond in the rough
The best thing about this main character is that no one in the book can tell when he’s bullshitting or when his bullshit has a tiny glimmer of merit.

We are so far in and I’m still unsure as to who the main antagonist will be,
The king is obviously a dick so it could be him, but he was probably also a dick in the book the mc read.
The brother of the former blond heroin, in the short time he was mentioned, had some bad/ evil imagery so it might be him.
Or will it be the person that made/ started the curse, but since the curse was originally aimed at the royal family how will that influence our characters in anyway?
Our main character has been stalling for so long dare I say the story is becoming slightly stale unless something interesting happens soon and saves it
He has the emotional development of a child, mixed with a strange god complex, which is further influenced by irrational followers who all will do a bit too much for him
it all makes for one hell of a personality
Guys I’m only on chapter 4 and I can’t stand that doctor, and I’m already pretty sure the reason our boy has no improvement is because that’s a way for the doctor to manipulate him.

It gets worse lmao. I’m reading because it’s a well written and beautifully drawn trainwreck, and doesn’t romanticize abusive relationships. But the doctor gets even shittier and there’s no romance or budding love. Hoping the uke gets saved at some point

Yeah personally I love these kinds of stories, but other times I need a good fluffy story to cleanse my soul. I recommend “Hate Mate” and “Roommates” both are super fluffy + comedy
Thanks I’ll try them out!!! I think the reason I can’t stomach this one is because normally when I read dark themes their an obsession/ romance aspect involving the main character. Things done with a twisted Love is easier for me to handle then someone just being a twisted prick
