I have a Japanese host sister and Korean friends (that used to love in Korea but moved to us) and indeed the bullying over there is horrible compared to the bullying in America, especially in public schools. My Japanese sister had to transfer to private school as people would dump things inside her desk and steal her shoes and write notes telling her to die and she's the sweetest kid ever but she's bullied for being shy and somewhat chubby (by Japanese standards not American) this manhwa isn't exaggerating in its portrayal of bullying
I live in america and through out my middle school till high school graduation i was bullied it was kinda like in the manhwa, kids used to jump me and kick me down stairs throw my things in the toilet tell me to kill myself and stuff like that so i feel for anyone who gets bullied. Anyway what i am trying to say is, It doesn't really matter where you live, the severity of bullying depends on how far your peers/ bullies are willing to take it.
I often wonder why this happens? Is this because the bully also had past experiences of them?Or are they jealous of you? I just can't get my head around it..

Its understandable that dong gyung was angry and thought those things about Yuri but it's also more than rational for Yuri to be angry at someone he thought of as a friend saying he hopes that Yuri and his family dies!!!! There's legit no excuse for that ! Yuri was always kind to him and willing to get into trouble for him and he actually didn't know about him being bullied as he rushed to try and help him when he found out but instead of being thankful, Dong gyung wishes death on Yuri's family???
