This story seems like one of the best starts I've read in a while. Sorta of predictable but just convoluted to keep you reading.
The old man made the medicine thinking it'd help people without thinking of side-effects and he believes that he stands above everyone and so, he blames all the people who use the medicine and succumb to it rather than acknowledging it's his fault. Or he's just plain evil and believes poor people don't deserve to live.
That president is being far too manipulative. Like, yes, rumors about you hurt but if you've moved past that why are you making more people suffer the same exact pain.
I'm genuinely so happy that they have something besides the usual tsundere and they made the sniper into a yandere. It's been a long time since I've read something that had a yandere.
I don't think she's a yandere but we'll see I guess. They've shown multiple times that she just doesn't like being around people. The MC is the budding exception since he has a cute dog, is seemingly a decent person, and is more skilled than most of the people she's seen so far.

It isn't a matter of her disliking him, it's a matter of she feels like it'd be rude of her to start dating him while she can't even get out of her room and she knows about the other girl liking her and wants him to date her instead or thinks she fits him better.
I realize it was fairly obvious but I'm just saying that guess was spot on.

I think he did so once before, that one chapter where he woke up naked in the lake? was that no the horse xD ?
