i love plots like this!!! it’s just a shame that the translation’s seriously putting me off. but anyway, i’ll still be over here, waiting for better language days. at least for the time-being. <3 edit: i love how every single character looks like trash except for the mains, lol. (with a few exceptions among the extras, i guess...) anyway, who cares!!! i’m just waiting for MC to bulk up and kick some ass. edit #2: i love how detailed these fighting scenes are. this is great entertainment! and it’s always nice seeing people come together and bond. you go, guys!! oh, and the language has gotten a lot better since the beginning as well. two thumbs up!!! oh, and of course homeboy didn’t disappoint. ;)

FML. he’s so blatantly attractive, y’all… what a fucking KING. it doesn’t even matter what he chooses to do at this point, i’d absolutely worship him either way. well, to a point… let’s give it a solid 99.99% chance probability, yes? my moral compass is completely shattered at this point, who cares. in any case, i’m loving these not-so-subtle political angles, too! but that goddamn HOTEL, man… it’s killing me, lol. it’s borderline comical at this point, seriously. so weirdly funny. at the end of the day, it DOES bring a smile to my ever so frowney-ass face! i’m so here for the drama, though—always! it’s practically never-ending. <3 oh, and in case it wasn’t already obnoxiously obvious, i’m fucking LOVING every minute of this. it’s unpredictable and exciting; i’m having the time of my life! this is simply magical. gorgeous, gorgeous writing! i’m practically getting choked up every single chapter, i kid you not. such a beautiful travesty… i’m hoping she’ll pull through, but i don’t think she will. either way, it’ll be worth it. (what an excellent read, ugh…) i straight up feel like crying right now. karina deserves to have the whole damn world at her feet. meanwhile, milian’s trying his absolute best to give it to her, and he doesn’t even realize it himself yet. i can’t wait for them to come to terms with the fact that the BOTH of them have feelings for the other. it’ll definitely be devastating once it inevitably occurs (since this is a tragedy and all… and unfortunately, we all know what that means), but i could honestly ask for nothing more. <33 however things go, and wherever she might end up… i know i’ll be sobbing like a baby. for what it’s worth, i genuinely hope that they’ll get to experience a lot more of those happy, genuine and serene moments together. i know they will; i’m just sad and impatient and i’m already DREADING the aftermath of all this. i love and cherish them both. they’re such good people. i’m so glad they found each other. P.S. my god, i didn’t know i still had the ability to empathize this way. guess i’m still a human being after all! and, well, i suppose it’s a bittersweet relief. (better than slowly turning into numbness itself, aye?)

damn, what a goddamn QUEEN. love it!!! at this point, i can barely cope with how adorable, amazing and admirable they both are. even more so when they’re together! FML. in any case, i can’t believe it’s over already, sheesh. i hope there’ll be some bonus chapters or something, that’d be amazing!

i’m really enjoying this, although it’s difficult to keep up with all these characters and their affiliations. i suppose paecheon palace and their allies are the bad guys…? i have no real clue as to what’s going on, but i’m loving the fights and the dynamic nonetheless, so hopefully i’ll start to grasp these unfolding events soon enough! edit: i adore so-mun and he deserves the world. i just want him to be happy!!! my precious lil’ bean. edit #2: well, he’s kinda murderous… but still a precious (!) lil’ bean. edit #3: ohhhh, fuuuck. edit #4: OHHHMAAAGAAAWD, SHE PREGGERS!!!!!! i love this manhwa. edit #5: welp. that got dark real quick. sighhhh.

i’m not even through with chapter one yet and i’m already completely IMMERSED. definitely tagging this as a 10/10, lol. edit: i’m genuinely surprised by how creative, dark and fucking EPIC this manhwa turned out to be. truly. i’m in awe. after season 1 ended, i low-key expected a steady decline in quality, anticipation and ingenuity... but i’ll be damned. it’s just the opposite! i’m literally STILL reeling from the aftershocks and all this excitement… and my heart’s still racing 15 minutes later. i never would’ve ‘paused’ this binging-sesh if i hadn't run out of chapters to obsess over. this is simply amazing. exhilarating, high-quality content! ughhh, for real. it’s been a good while since i experienced something like this. it reminds me of the reasons why i immersed myself in this genre in the first place. so, with that being said… i wish to thank you, dear author, for creating this MASSIVELY underrated masterpiece. <33 so pleased with myself for ultimately deciding to pick it up again. (or, more accurately, reread it from scratch.) i’m genuinely astonished! you never know what to expect, that’s for sure. i’m so, soooo fucking excited for the future of this comic—y’all have no idea.
