This was better the second time I read it. The first time I wasn't prepared for how fu*ked up it was gonna be... But when I was expecting it, I didn't mind the twisted characters and was able to enjoy it more.

An interesting depiction of abusive power dynamics and BDSM gone wrong.

The story was odd, something about it just didn't jell for me. And the bald heads were awkward to look at for me.

So much of this was so close to perfect. I just felt that the plot was a little bit rushed in some places, and the characters were a little bit underdeveloped in some areas. But definitely worth a read.

What a masterpiece. I am absolutely blown away by this incredible work of art. So emotional, so impactful, so whistful. This is something that will really stick with me. I adore this author, and I can't wait for their other works.
