Momoyama Kyo-dai
I love this mangaka, they're able to tell pretty much any kind of story, and have you relate to the characters so well, as if it was you going through that experience. Incest is quite a delicate topic for me... most times I've seen it addressed in these stories, it's just a matter of overly emotional people letting their desire for each other get the best of them. But this story was different, you could see how they really struggled to come to terms with those feelings, their own prejudices and the ones from their family and outsiders. These kids had to pay a heavy fee for the mistakes their parents and grandparents made for their own selfish reasons, yet they never blamed them for that, even when said parents weren't supportive. But they still tried to work in a way that everyone would be okay with, even when they wanted to run away, they decided to grow, mature and move forward. There's no way that, as a reader, I wouldn't empathise with their struggle.
Kurui Naku No Wa Boku No Ban
Story about two guys who hate each other's kind, yet somehow they are the exception in each of their kinds. How they met and how things changed as they got to know each other better.
Sono Yubi De Hagashite
Boy that is constantly being sexually abused by his uncle at home, bullied and physically abused by his classmates in school, and most likely blackmailed by his teachers, finds solace in a dark and lonely student-teacher who more than anything craves for acknowledgement. The story is really, really sad; that poor child has lived a miserable life for who-knows-how-long. Things seem to fare slightly better with this dude, but still, the relationship doesn't seem very healthy at all. Not that anyone reads manga for the healthy relationships :P
Faster Than A Kiss
A teacher decides to go out of his way to help out his student and her little brother, changing both their lives and his for the better. Oh man, what can I say.... This one's one of those "completely complete" mangas,. The story leaves nothing feeling lacking, the romance here has the perfect pace nothing feels rushed or boring. OH BOY TEPPEI!! That kid, I can't think of any other ototo that is as perfect as that child. Actually there's a one-shot spin-off about Teppei when he's older, it's cute too :) http://www.mangago.me/read-manga/junes_lily_bravado/ I really wish Sensei made a spin-off series, whether using Teppei as MC when he's older (after that oneshot, hopefully with more "guest appearances" from this couple) or this couple now in their married life, maybe with a new member introduced... Or heck, even using Shouma and Meg-chan living in the States (and tube visiting or being visited by their friends/family in Japan). I just really liked all the characters and don't want to part :P

Shingeki no Kyojin dj - Fan Service - Omegaverse
Eren is a particular kind of omega, on top of that he knows his mate is the lead singer for his favourite band No Name, L. Despite L being someone in a world completely different from his, Eren finds himself with this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to meet his idol. Eh, while Levi in glasses was 10/10, it was pretty disappointing how he behaved after Eren came back.
