Keep Holding On
A very cute story focused on childhood friends to lovers. The plot has a lot of potential, but because it is only ten chapters, it seems rushed to me. This could have been so good if the author had given themselves more chapters to work with. Even so, the art is beautiful and the petty fight between the characters is solved somewhat well. Some things could be better, but it is very enjoyable and pleasant overall.
Love Is An Illusion
I genuinely want to like this story, but this is not for me at all. The story has an element of enemies to lovers as well as a/b/o dynamics--tropes that I enjoy very much. However, the continual disrespect of space and boundaries is off-putting and irritating. The sudden pregnancy and forced relationship between the characters is not something for me either. Not for me.
Bitten By Moonlight
A vampire and a hypnotised assassin that build a relationship against all odds. This is a short story that work, in my opinion. It manages to give relevant background information to the characters and establish a point of interest that leaves the readers wanting more. The supernatural elements make everything so much better and I really want more chapters because it does feel a little a rushed towards the end.
Don't Mess With the Puppy!
A story about abandonment, love and found family. This story doesn't place the seme and uke into certain stereotypes, creating a refreshing and entertaining dynamic. With 40+ chapters, the author manages to write great and imperfect characters. The plot is captivating all the way to the end, though there are some unanswered questions. Even so, this is absolutely lovely.
Avatar: The Last Airbender - The Lost Adventures
I really liked reading these short stories after rewatching the series yet again. They were cute, funny and entertaining, and they give more information and depth to the story we already know.
Missing Love
This is such a beautiful and heartbreaking story. This is some of the most traumatising and agonising stuff I have ever read. This story deals with so many uncomfortable topics--abuse, prostitution, power imbalance, codependency, obsession and revenge. It's beautifully written and handles everything respectfully and realistically. This is one of those stories you only read once, but never forget.
Cold-Blooded Beast
This story depicts yearning, reincarnation and true love perfectly. This is truly a hidden gem. The characters are well-written and the plot is amazingly constructed with so much depth and detail. This is one of those stories where you need to pay attention because otherwise you'll have trouble keeping up with the plot development. This is just wonderful. I can't say it enough.
Is The Strategy Finished?
Being stuck in a video game and having to find a way out. This story is rushed, and so many things happen in the span of 20+ chapters that some things feel unfinished. The main ML becomes a victim to the game's coding and end up acting on obsessive/possessive tendencies--something he can't control. The MC wants to find a way out of this game and, while that involves going on a date with someone else and doing other dumb shit, everyone makes it out in the end. I have mixed feelings about this.
