The premise is good, but sadly i couldn't feel enough chemistry between the two. Would've been better if the writing was stronger or the manga was longer.

It's pretty decent, but i was disappointed that [SPOILER] the MC turned out to be a latent alpha since the reason i started reading was because i thought it was a rare beta x omega couple. Other than that....their dynamic started interesting but everything after happened so fast that i couldn't feel much of their chemistry outside of their destined bond.

Speedrun dating wjwjw i wasn't really feeling it at first because from MC's perspective they literally just met for a few hours before they became lovers lmao they moved so FAST. It did get better when the truth came out, but also i dont get why the ex had to behave like a children book villain?? Idk man everyone here is like, on the max setting of every stereotype. But the relationship is healthy as fuck with consensual caring sex and Communication, and it does have a nice (albeit too in the face) life lesson so good for em.

I like the MC, not so much the love interest. I usually love friends to lovers trope but kitahara pisses me off so bad that it kinda spoils everything for me. He's selfish, entitled, and the way they got together made it seem like he wanted minami back only because he had the mentality of a toddler who didn't want his old toy to be snatched away by someone else.

An unnecessary sequel imho but it's still nice to see them grow into adults. Plot and conflict are just meh (and so is the implied secondary couple-- they worked better as friends), though i appreciate the notion of putting yourself and aspiration first without giving up on your relationship.

This mangaka's understanding of human's anatomy is top notch, seriously. I don't really vibe with this series but i still can't help but like it because her art is so. Fluidly drawn and pleasing to the eyes. Her characters could be just standing or embracing or having sex in the most ridiculous positions and it would look very natural every time. Story wise it's a 3 star for me, but im giving it 4 for the art.
