I’m the Male Lead’s Girl Friend
DNF Chapter 14 Some cute moments from the ML and wonderful art but waaaay too much of the 'oh no, I couldn't possibly change anything from the original story' mindset. Like, do you view the people around you as human beings or dolls? Because OBVIOUSLY if you change how people grow up they're gonna act differently later on in life. The worst trope is when two people are so clearly in love but aren't together yet because MC can't convince themselves that the story isn't set in stone. For me, it's like the misunderstanding trope, an easy way to add conflict that's really just lazy writing. ★
The Villainous Princess Wants to Live in a Cookie House
Welcome, It's the First Time With This Kind of Villainess
The art is horrible it's so bad that all the men either look like aliens or they have a ball-like baby face. The story was mid, whatever, but the art was awful enough that I couldn't focus on anything else.
I Will Divorce the Female Lead’s Siscon Brother
Liked the face-slapping at first, but oh my god it started to drag later on. That and I can't really get over how bad the art style is. Every time I stop reading and come back to it it's like a jump scare. Was more fun when I first started reading this but it's been literal years now and feels too cliché. So, dropped and on to the next. 1/5 stars
The Live
I tried so hard to keep reading for the MC. His motivations were perfect, trying to get back his wife and daughter. It made everything he did so meaningful. Then the way he connected to the side character and treated him like a younger brother was wholesome and such a strong bond! What I couldn't deal with was the pacing. So many fights happen where I just feel bored, we get so much information that doesn't push the plot forward (just throwing fluff at us). Like I don't care about anything other than MC getting his family back and I just want to skip to the end and see if it happened or not.
Trash of the Count's Family
The Precious Sister of The Villainous Grand Duke
Super sweet ML even though he's a villain, he values MC so much and yet puts so much effort into not belittling her choices. Misunderstandings were actually used well and moved the plot forward without dragging on too long! The only downside was the amnesia arc, I'm normally indifferent to them but this one felt too much like useless fluff. Also, the lesbian sister of the ML was one of the best and most wholesome older sister characters ever. 4.5/5 stars
