Complete ch 9 2.5 rounded down. A little better than okay, but just a little.

Last ch 78 Cedric and Tia are so wonderful. The affections growing between them makes my heart swell. I only worry that she is going to try to hard to push him into the arms of another woman. That has always bothered me so when I saw the signs, I couldn’t just ignore them. It’s been on my mind for so many chapters. But he said he saw this girl, Leshia(?) as a sister not as a lover during that one flashback so I wonder if the thought that he is “in love” with her is just something in Tia’s head. Tia is going to be a wonderful empress. Cedric better be there to help her! Regardless of if he loved the other girl in the last time around, right now in this round Tia holds his heart. (Ch 47) He’s so sweet on her! So fucking sweet on her! The whole duchy really respects her and her abilities. They want her to have a happy and healthy life in the duchy. Which is why everyone wants to feed her delicious food. (Ch 57) Their confession scene where Cedric made his intentions clear, that he wanted to and did love Tia as a husband, was so lovely. Tia being true to her feelings and accepting his affections then returned them is what they both deserve. They are good for one another. Cedric calling Tia out on how she pushed him towards another woman was pretty funny too. Can’t lie. I’m glad he did that because that is him making it clear that she is the only one for him. I think Cedric proposed to Lysia because of a need for something familiar. They care for one another but it’s hard to imagine it blossoming into something romantic. It feels more like a partnership than a relationship. (Ch 78)

Ch 35 I was enjoying it and then they made it pointlessly complicated and dramatic. It really kills any enjoyment I had. This really fell into one of those, if they just fucking communicated none of this would have happened, situations. When the main conflict is based off of poor communication it ruins everything. (Ch 34)

Last ch 55 4.5 rounded up. Hexion is a sweet puppy. Gosh oh mighty. It also seems like he went back in time as well which is why he knows more than he probably should. God seems to be on his and Adele’s side. (Ch 45) His hand “slipped”. (Ch 47)

Last ch 41 I knew Dion wanted to fuck his sister. He’s hot and I like their dynamic so I’m pretty okay with it. Really if something is written well I’m okay with it. Roxie baby, you’re doing great sweetie. (Ch 30) Shit’s gonna go down! (Ch 33) Screaming. I’m so obsessed with this story that I’m going to pour over the novel for the next week, picking apart all the little details. Seeing Roxie and Cassis all grown up is delicious. Raise hell babies. (Ch 35 End of Season One) … I don’t know how I feel about the way this is developing. (Ch 41)

Last ch 51 The aesthetic of this story is absolutely stunning. Wow, it is gorgeous, I can’t get enough of it. Hilise deserves happiness, like, every single fucking drop of happiness. I adore her, upset that she took seven deaths to realize that her family is full of dick wads, but I adore her nonetheless. I’m super down with all the current generation power users. Even Christian and the kid. Stunning, amazing, can’t wait for more. (Ch 20) There isn’t one healthy household in this. They all suck. Everyone is so fucked up. (Ch 25) All the other families accept her as the head. That’s all the approval she needs to be accepted by everyone else. The kid seems to be doing well. (Ch 29) Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. Still down with the aesthetic but in terms of plot, I’m not sure how I feel about it. The writing has never been mind blowing. What I enjoy most, is the aesthetic. (Ch 51)

Last ch 28 Lavane, love that bastard. I have plenty of questions but I can wait for them to be answered. Seeing the ducal prince learn that the abuse Ludis had to suffer through is incredibly serious is top notch. I love when that happens, especially when the person belongs to someone who was previously loyal to the abusers. I love me some divine retribution! Cosmic karma bitches! (Ch 15) They switched his name to Ravian but I still love that handsome bastard all the same. I’m going to laugh my ass off if they do the ritual but no ancient god responds. I don’t know if I want her to just die without properly summoning another god or have her live with the humiliation that would come with being unfit even as a sacrifice. I wish Ludis would ask better questions. (Ch 24) “He doesn’t sound like one of ours.” “That name suits him quite well.” Ravian baby, what have you had to go through? This new bastard is like, actually a bastard, he looks down on humans so blatantly. He looked at the bitch sister and scoffed at the idea of taking her life as a sacrifice! But that does go with my, she wouldn’t be accepted as a sacrifice theory. The humiliation is that she can’t control him. Again, wishing Ludis was written just a little differently. Better questions, leaning on Ravian for support more, having cute moments with Ravian. Okay maybe I just want more Ravian. (Ch 28)

Last ch 20 I hate the younger sister oh so fucking much. Oh so fucking much! (Ch 16)

Last ch 74 He is trying to seduce you in a way. Cairnen is so obvious with his affections. (Ch 22) They really just flirt with each other with zero regard to who is around. Adorable. (Ch 43)

Last ch 40 This better be Rina hitting her father and not this man hitting her. I will lose my fucking shit if this man hits her. She doesn’t deserve that treatment. (Ch 15) Kill him Kyou! Murder his fucked up self! Please!!! (Ch 19) Kyou, fuck him up before he can do anything to Rina, please! (Ch 25) Rina baby, he’s never going to change. He won’t ever see it differently, you will never be able to talk any sense into him. Listen to Ryou. (Ch 30)
