Ch.1-3 - Kawasaki is overworked at the office, so on a whim, he books a maid escort service only to find it's a man who arrives. But after giving Nao a shot, he's hooked and starts to want even more. Trigger warning: sex work. Ch.4-6 - Italian chef Atsushi is shocked when his young temp worker, Eita, confesses to him, and though he tries to reject him, Eita is just too persistent! But even though Atsushi starts to return Eita's feelings, how can he accept Eita's love if it risks ruining his future? I like this second couple a lot, and I like that Atsushi's worries are legitimate and not your typical "but he could be normal and have a family!" stuff you often see in mangas. No trigger warnings.

Ono is a dentist being haunted by a ghost (Masaki). But this sweet and childlike ghost just wants to be with his beloved sensei and help him overcome his recent loss. I’ll be honest, this is an amazing and beautiful story, but the “twist” is hard to swallow. I don’t blame any of the characters, but…it’s all very uncomfortable. Still, I really do think it’s worth the read because the characters and emotions are so well done and Masaki is such a pure sweetheart. Trigger warnings: I don’t know what to say?? Everything is going swimmingly with him and Chika, his first every girlfriend, but when things start to get hot and heavy, how will Hisanori react to the revelation that she is actually a he? The fact that everything goes as well as it does for Chika feels very much like wish fulfillment, but hey, that's fun sometimes too. It doesn't exactly stand out to me, but it's a fun, quick read. But as Kouhei grapples with guilt and shame over paying for kinky sex, Hijiri wants something else out of this relationship, entirely. Interesting dynamic, from their personalities to the way their kinks play into it. Trigger warnings: bullying, S&M, bondage, sex work. Ch.4-6 - Yuji is known for his cool and expressionless persona as an actor, but really he's just very shy, and when he gets his photos taken by an older guy who's exactly his type, he can barely keep it together. For the first time, he wants to pursue love instead of letting it go. The uke is really cute although I don't care for the seme. No trigger warnings.

Tooru has has always had an easy time pleasing people due to his mind reading ability, so he uses it to become a #1 host under the pseudonym of his favorite model, Mizuki. When he runs into Mizuki in person in a store, he's thrilled and even helps him out, using this opportunity to get closer to Mizuki, who seems interested. But when his mind reading shows Mizuki is imagining tying him up and toying with him, he realizes he may have bitten off more than he could chew. This couple is really great, and they have a very healthy relationship overall. It's a treat to watch the progression of their relationship as they get to the point where they would do anything for each other, even sacrifice their careers. Trigger warnings: S&M, public outing.

Shuu didn't have much going for him, so he doesn't mind, but strange feelings of jealousy seem to well up in him when he thinks about the one Miyu loves so much. But meanwhile, Miyu's once immortal body is changing and Shuu us worried about the price he paid for this magic. It's not stand out, but they're cute enough and it's a rare Isekai BL story, so that's fun. No trigger warnings.

Haruhi has always compared himself to his bright, twin brother Katsuki, leaving him with poor self-esteem, so in university he starts frequenting the gay district and engaging in risky sex under his brother's name out of a desire to defile them both. But when a new friend and businessman, Masahiro, finds Haruhi roughed up after a bad fling, he gently patches him up and gives him a place to stay. Masahiro's kindness makes Haruhi question what he's been doing and begin to heal from his years of self-hatred. Trigger warnings: sex work, violent sex.

Kaji is always the perfect guy at the office, but it's really all just a facade to hide the fact he's a gay narcissist always looking for his next hookup. He's sent on a business trip with Fukami from IT, a gloomy guy he rates as a "Total 0", but when they realize they're both gay, they decide to sleep together. They're so compatible that Kaji finds himself unusually desperate to make Fukami his sex friend. Fukami agrees, but only if love is off the table. Kaji's never gotten serious before, so he's sure it won't be a problem. But it is.

Now as Takahiko seeks employment as a screen actor and Aoi tries to figure out his muddled feelings, will they be able to overcome the pain and trauma of the war? Really beautiful and bittersweet story that encapsulates the way war destroys lives, yet life moves on. Trigger warnings: wartime violence, racism.

When he wakes up, he later finds it was actually his lover's younger brother Gorou, who has come to find him and declare his love. Though Tamao is hesitant, Gorou takes him up on the challenge to "make me fall in love with you," and starts coming to Tamao's part of town every day until he's won over. Tamao is beautiful and believable, and his story is heartbreaking. Trigger warnings: sex work, rape, violence/gore.
