49 - it’s a 4.5 an original concept, the MC is a nobody aspiring writer whose fan fic have been published against her knowledge , but the content background is about the kingdom political troubles The plot itself resolve around a destitute prince that she met as a child, and admire, despite his terrible reputation What makes this manwha special is the take on media, rumors and reputation… there seem to be a big bit of political plot behind and our smart yet naive character is walking on dangerous paths… and a lot can be said about fiction propaganda (very accurate btw) The pace is good, and the chapters dense enough that you can have a good flavor in a mere 20 chapters (alas often very little for many manwha) 36 chapters leaves room for fluff, more on many characters and deeper political tension, it still very good, but I’d think the pace is slowed, nonetheless, it’s very pleasant to read and you can’t help rooting for a better way of life for a few caged birds…

128 Duh ends up being long and stupid, the part about the daughter and the jealous guys is unbearably long . sees to be missing pages since about 4 c ? - good - a modern woman find herself transmigrated as a wife and mother, in a family she describes as « vilains « , according to her knowledge she has from a book. In reality that family is doing the dirty work of the king, keeping the aristocracy in place. Her values and beliefs are strongly inadequate and missing important factors of the way of life of her surroundings So what can she learn and what can they learn from her to break the destiny of the novel for once, and maybe moreso, to keep or change the inheritance of their bloodline, being the king’s dog The pace is ok but growing slower, it obviously need more chapters to go anywhere, but it has potential

117 - it’s a manhua I could have missed on the account of its very bad title and the revenge thematic, that’s usually dreadful - lucky i still tried ! It’s absolutely smart with a very elegant and graceful art This one is a gem, it has a revenge underline, but it’s not too bothersome, it’s smart and doesn’t ruin the plot- maybe because protecting is more important - the characters are very defined, the pace is slow, yet it feels very rich and you can’t get bored The MC is a very interesting porcupine and the ML is a still mysterious and a bit of a lonely character Everything is very mesured and poised, both the story telling and the art complement each others in a splendid way - the only flaw would be how knowledgeable the MC is , honestly she must have been reborn more than one time to know that much, but so far, it has not diminished the reading pleasure. I seriously hope it wont turn into a blood bath later on, and i’m also not keen ont the main characters always becoming emperors / empress, there’s no peace, not freedom in these lifestyles, so i hope we stay clear from this path No matter what, at least these hundred and some chapters he great quality

Read that so long ago, i need to start from scratch I have a pretty amazed feeling about it, it’s too bad the translation was dropped in my country, i bought the beginning, a,d will never see the end on paper :/

95 - it’s a 3.5 I dislike the title that should be about her companion, as whatever emperor isn’t the subject of the story, but her, a « pope », bringing back morality in her land I don’t know why there’s a guilt trip to make the background of the MC, perhaps it’s a mary sue avoidance thing The dynamic between the characters is pretty good, the concept, albeit religion oriented , is interesting In that universe there is any entity capable of carrying a righteous voice to bring humanity to a greater good And it’s the purpose of this character - i loved it at 50 chapters, but at 95, not so much It’s written with much brain, but that becomes like a philosophical trip There’s a pretty good plot, but it’s somewhat soulless, like a the puzzle of a pretty picture, it falls nicely in place, but you can’t feel the luuuv … my heart don’t beat, it is dry So far, the beginning is interesting, and we can only wait to see if it holds or if it falls into righteous stereotypical way of thinking which could become tedious

Bleh or not … sad with plot holes

73 - it’s a 4+ Cute baby is an ultra powerful person who mysteriously disappeared from her own palace,of course, her powers are sealed so we have a not that original adult in baby skin, but it is well balanced, not too extreme on the i’m a genius thing. It doesn’t go far into the overwhelming adult part which is good - only the person who is exposed to her real identity will see her true colors, we still have plenty enjoyment of a small kid in palace for what comes next : We also already met stories where the baby girl « seduce «  or tame a family of powerful psychopath, again nothing really new, but then again, it is nicely played as it never becomes overbearing and there is no underlying fear or deeper reason - that feels fresh All in all nothing is new, but it’s still worth,- a read there’s enough cute, and a little bit of originality (the wolf boy and the ones that search her), hopefully they also are a lot of good people - no evil and revenge, so you can really enjoy the small puzzle and wonder in a safe place for fluffy time It’s probably a bit slow (she’s 3 years old after 27 chapters and she’s 7 by c60+… how long to make a grown up ?) at the same time, i enjoy that there’s enough action, and not too much time lapse And it’s also lacking a proper metaplot (there should be one) - a direction you might say (again things happened for a reason ?) So so far cute slice of life with a tiny bit of mystery - a pretty quasi brainless refreshing read, so let’s see how it will grow
