38 - Thankfully, it is not another cinderella story. The MC is a mouse from a very special family. She gets another chance at life, and end up realizing she was a shapechanger with abilities. From then on, she has to slowly uncover why she was separated from her family, and who is truly plotting against her own and. the good people she came to know. The Cinderella + revenge part is more of an annoyance than anything, the rest is kind of nice. She’s not getting OP too fast. She certainly doesn’t feel like a child, but she’s not tiresome either. A mouse as a character is a nice change. I also appreciate we don’t have too much about stuffing a kid’s face with sugar, pastries, etc food. Nor do we have too much to endure in the « buy too much stuff and clothes » departement. There’s plenty story to tell, and it might end up being too simple, but for now, it’s entertaining enough for a light read.
