Age gap is a bit weird and uncomfortable because they met when the ML was a child and the MC was an adult, but there was no grooming. They knew each other for about a month before the ML was "killed" and they spent the next 7/8 years apart. It still feels awkward, but nothing is technically wrong with it.

Spoilers down below: The omega(MC) was kidnapped and sold off in an underground slave(?) trade. The alpha who bought the MC told him that he wanted/needed the MC to give birth to a baby. They had sex (a lot of it) but it turned out the alpha didn't really want the MC to have a kid and was giving him plan B/birth control in his coffee every morning. Has a weird "they were fated mates so it's okay" story line to it because the MC falls for the alpha when he shouldn't. There are also quite a few misunderstandings between the two characters. After the main part of the story and the honeymoon it becomes boring to read. Somehow the MC, who used to be a prostitute, becomes a dumbass and innocent in bed. He acts all jealous when he thinks the alpha had partners before him like he hasn't slept a number of people before as well. It's also never brought up again to the point where he couldn't even recognize someone being into him (something he could do before). The ending is also kinda disappointing. They have a kid (expected) but of course they couldn't end the series without a misunderstanding. He somehow missed the alpha saying "not now" and just assumed he didn't want kids at all. The MC found out he was pregnant (shocker, I know) and then he runs away. Of course when the alpha found out the MC was pregnant he was happy, but that took two chapters to get to. Lastly, THEY HAD SEX IN FRONT OF THE KID! Like what the hell. Sure, the kid didn't see anything, but they still had sex RIGHT THERE. Moral is, this is a bad story. Don't read it.

The world is absolutely wild. The plot is pretty good, but should have been a regular BL tbh. They give so much power to the Alphas (especially dominant ones). Recessive omegas can't get pregnant in this world. They are treated like shit too.
