Especially when 2 figures from his past turn up and resurface uncomfortable past memories.

Completed story. This isekai had a sweet and fun FL who was a young college student who body swapped into Ripley, a counts daughter in a historical setting novel that she loved. Thrilled to be away from her difficult situations in the real world, and not minding at all that she was a mere side character, Ripley determined to enjoy watching the main protagonists fall in love. Especially excited to catch a glimpse of the obsessive and frightening Duke who was the ML, Zeronis, Ripley somehow managed to get swept into his attention and his bed. Now his attention was solely upon her and Ripley had to set things right. But with everything changing, what was wrong and right was getting harder to decide when the Duke seemed so perfectly to be her Mr Right. I loved the joy and sassiness of the FL, and her kindness. She pushed boundaries, but only because she cared, and she was mature enough to know when to sit back. A recommended story.

I really loved reading this story about the tsundere Grand Duke and his sweet and endearing intruder Princess. This author has a lovely talent for creating FLs that are very likeable and warm, and couples that learn to communicate and understand each other well. Completed story. This isekai was an absolute hoot. The transmigrated heroine, Latte, was adorable. She was a FL that shone for her inner monologue, her antics and knack for facing danger, her crazy and dark side that emerged in the right situations, and her kindness that balanced things out. She really was the dorky heroine described in the title. I liked the three fish and especially the one who fell for her. An excellent story by this author. So many fun and funny moments.

A sweet story that follows first year architecture student, Gyu-yeong and his senior, architecture student Yeonu. Yeonu’s kind, thoughtful, and gentle—everything that Gyu-yeong wants his significant other to be. The problem is that Yeonu’s nice to everyone, not just Gyu-yeong. Gyu-yeong knows that he’s not special to Yeonu, but sometimes he wants to give in to the little voice in his heart. The story is character driven and focuses on the simple issues that face new couples; from sex to insecurities to the juggle of work and couples time.

I really enjoyed this reincarnation story. The FL accidentally drowned after her boyfriend and best friend got together and her soul was transferred to a different world to inhabit the body of Chartiana Altizer Cailon, beloved and spoiled daughter of a duke and upcoming contender to become the nations new Empress. Before that could happen though she would have to compete for the role for bride of the Crown Prince against the Prince’s own lover, the very much liked Irena, daughter of a count. And so began a new life of political machinations that had her own new and loved family at stake. But Chartiana was no pushover. She was a strong FL in a wonderfully feminine way where she had to outhink, strategise, and play to her strengths in a society where different factions all had their own agendas. And amidst all this was the crown prince who was increasingly drawn to her humour, confidence, and caring warmth.

Life’s not easy for a child of Heaven and Hell! Given a second chance to live, Jo Ara was happy to trade her dire past for a world of fantasy and magic. The only catch is she was reborn as Irene Neros Parjunel, the beloved newborn child of the southern demon king! With the god of the underworld and her deceased mother watching over her, she sets out to discover her place in this world. Throw in a snarky angel godmother and a stubborn demon godfather, and it’s the perfect setting for mischief and chaos. Will Irene succeed in helping her father battle the threats that plague him? And after making plenty of friends along the way, can she finally experience true love, too? I really enjoyed the story. If anyone ever deserved to be loved and beautiful, it was Irene. And the relationship between father and daughter was absolutely wonderful. Note: The translation was not always the best here. I read on Tappas after buying the official version and was glad I did. They don’t compare well, especially in the beginning and end (the parts where I compared). Spoiler alerts: As for the romances, in this version the ending is different to the novel. Which is kind of sad in a way because Ren had been so lonely for so long, and he chose to stay and uphold his promise to Rin and clearly he loved her, choosing to not follow Erin. But when Rei was trapped in the dream, it was his deepest hope to marry Rin and raise a family with her while (in this version) Ren dreamt of acceptance from his old team and leading his friends. Given that we had this insight into the characters hearts, having the dragon and the princess end up together really made the most sense and was very satisfying.

Completed story A really enjoyable story based upon a light novel. I liked the MCs, and the girl power friendship,plus the yandere side to the ML. The ending was definitely rushed and didn’t cover quite a lot that was in the novel. It would have probably benefited from another 30 chapters including sides.

Completed story Yoon Haneul: Modern woman and a pushover, Yoon finds herself isekaied into a novel she had written 10 years earlier. One full of youthful cliches and tropes that made her cringe, and one where she became the villainess. Aila Mertensia: The villainess who existed in the novel to make the heroine shine. Daughter to a powerful duke, now that Yoon is inhabiting this body she is determined to avoid that bloody ending and enjoy her favourite novels. Only it seems that avoiding her role has placed time in an endless loop. And it seems that she isn’t the only one to notice. Killian: Centuries old and a powerful warlock, Killian had been stuck in a repetitive and irritating day and was determined to destroy the one responsible. Tracing that person led him to Alia. In order to help time move on, he decides to help her become the perfect villainess. I really loved the story. The MCs were wonderfully designed and the plot was enjoyable. The ending was a bit fast perhaps, but it wrapped things up pretty well and was very satisfying as far as the MCs future goes. Based on a light novel

Completed Story Opinion: A nice story, let down in a couple of areas but the sisterly bond was great. Main couple: 7/10 FL: 7/10 - Countess Charlotte De Perol. Childhood full of physical abuse and neglect. Becomes a powerful woman and has a sweet sister relationship. ML: 8/10 - Arthur, Duke of Cardiff. One of the last magi, capable of wielding the infernal flame. General of the Kings armies. Actually a very sweet guy who didn’t get enough story time with more pages dedicated to the king (who held him in a form of obligated servitude). Unable to live his life for himself. Story/Concept: One of the most refreshing aspects of this story was the sister bond between FL and her mercenary sister Kara. The story suited the title “Cheerful Countess Sisters” more than “Countess and the Blade” because little of the story had time between FL & ML and he was a magi more than a knight. There were let downs for me but the main one would be the amount of story dedicated to the king. He was responsible for a lifetime of misery for the ML because his need for power was his priority over their close brotherly bond and he never faced any consequences for that. In fact, with the exception of having the FL love him, his life was pretty perfect and given his cruelty (which the author attempted to balance with his love of the FL) and petty selfishness.
