High school student Hana Yamada is dating the mean school doctor, Mr. Kido. Hana can't tell anyone that she's dating him, but nonetheless, she's totally happy and very much in love. However, when another student starts to hit on Mr Kido uncertainty stirs in Hana’s heart. When a man identical to Mr Kido appears, Hana realises that she doesn’t know enough about her secretive boyfriends past. I thought this story was pretty good. While the cold Mr Kido was a bit of an emotionally distant bully, Hana was remarkably optimistic and cute. She really strove to be a good partner and in the end it paid off as Mr Kido loved and trusted her enough to let her behind his walls. Behind everything, he was a surprisingly good guy. It’s always nice to see how a secure and loving relationship changes both characters for the better. That was the nicest part of this story.

17-year-old Asahina Saki is worried that her serious and respectful boyfriend still hasn’t kissed her despite them dating for 3 months. But suddenly that concern seemed trivial when she realized that Hakushiro Yuusuke has a perverted side, and that side has a name; Shou. I thought that this was a fun, light hearted look at 2 distinct personalities coming to agreement over their love for the same girl, and at how she adjusted to loving them. Don’t take it seriously, it’s not a medical dissertation on DID, instead it’s lighthearted and an excuse for a 2 for 1 romance.

Probably my favourite by this mangaka so far. A loving and sweet FL who is naive but in for the sexy times with her ML. A ML who adores his partner and looks adorable in his wolf form. A nice plot with interesting characters and lore. Oh and kids and hints of the EA part of a HEA. Glad Lewis got his someone special too.

An interesting Josei take on the Little Mermaid fable. I personally found Lotte a little too much at first. A little too irritating, a little too much the victim, a little too forgiving etc. But she and her prince weather every storm that comes their way to find their HEA which was nice. Very happy Deo got his mermaid too, he was too likeable to not have his own special person.

Naïve country girl heads to Tokyo on the night bus for a dream job interview. After spying the couple in front having sex, Momoko finds herself at the mercy of the handsome stranger next to her who uses the lusty scene to play with her body. Ofc, he turns out to be her new boss and he will be giving her a lot more hands on experience at work too. It’s all a scene for smut and falling for the boss.

Hugh Davenport is the brooding and judgemental uncle to his orphaned niece (who is in need of a new nanny). Rebel Griffith arrives at Davenport Hall seeking connection to her mothers old life and is mistaken for the nanny. The 2 MCs start their romance with a focus on the estranged niece who seems to be burdened with the sins of her mother. The story sweetly followed Rebel making a connection with the lonely little girl and opening Hugh’s eyes to letting his bitterness stay away from his innocent little niece. No sexy scenes, this was very wholesome.

Trigger Warning: Dubious consent Himari has loved her tutor Akito since he first helped her at school. They started going out when she graduated but haven’t moved beyond kissing. Himari is desperate to become a ‘true couple’ but Akito doesn’t think she is ready. That’s something her cat Leon disagrees with, as he clearly demonstrates after morphing into human form. This story is really just some light smut with way too much dubious consent to be romantic. Personally, I found Akito to be a bit of a bastard. Choose the cat.

Determined to push those puzzling thoughts aside she didn’t count on Yuzu having similar fantasies, nor that he may act on them on school grounds! This story was a very short little spot of smut that happily included genuine strong feelings for each other based on a shared past. A touch of the forbidden, the risk of discovery. It was a short, sexy romp.
