Akitaka is the tallest guy in his grade. He can be scary and dangerous, but at heart he yearns to fall in love. The petite Hina is the shortest in her grade. She can be a bit clueless in matters of love, but when the tough looking Akitaka confessed to her and held out a trembling hand, she found him irresistible and happily accepted. The story follows their romance from awkward first kisses to dealing with a healthy teenage boy’s libido. I liked how for all that Akitaka was possessive and protective, it took just a gentle touch from Hina for him to melt into puppy like obedience and adoration. I also liked his honesty and openness about his love for her. Plenty of sexy scenes (I did mention that adolescent libido) and not all in the confines of a bedroom. Very cute overall

This is the kind of story that you want to take your time with and enjoy. Single father, Oosawa had known his regular restaurant customer Yoshioka, for a long time now. He had seen the openly gay salary man go through relationships with a variety of partners and couldn’t help but be a little judgemental at the string of broken hearts left in his wake. But when he gets to know the now single Yoshii outside of work, the two become unexpected friends (although Yoshioka cheerfully pursued the straight man for something more) and each learns to depend on the other in an unlikely romance. Their story makes sense, the characters have well developed histories that make their relationship feel authentic, and it’s all just very sweet.

If you love Omegaverse with strong alphas and omegas, hot uncensored scenes, and intense and possessive pairings, then don’t go past this story. High school students Sena and Kamishiro are rivals for top alpha at their all alpha school. Only when one finds out the other is omega he sets to make the rival he always respected into the lover he can’t do without. Includes a spin off, sexy age gap Omegaverse that is is too good to skip.

Beautiful art, sexy characters, thoroughly enjoyable story. Rival high schools Inugashira and Saratou High were in the midst of a long standing feud. The rough and tumble delinquents of each would frequently enjoy their fights for dominance. When the seconds in command meet each other over their affection for a surly cat, it’s love at first sight for Juri, the laid back Inugashira High 2nd year. The target of his feelings is the tough and energetic Hiromi, a 2nd Year at Sarutou High. Is it an ill fated romance or can these two stand together? This one is a favourite.

A world where humans and beast-men co-exist. Wolf-type beastman Haine finds himself unexpectedly falling for college freshman (and human) Natsuo after their less than ideal first meeting. For Haine, the pursuit is on as he openly declares his interest. For Natsuo, it’s a new experience getting to know a carnivore beast man, but the dangerous seeming man has a cute side, the softest ears, and a wicked tongue. The more Natsuo gets to know Haine, the stronger the connection between the two.

Completed at 5.2 despite marking. An excellent S&M story written just the way I like it. This mangaka understands that a good, dominant S treasures his submissive M and will reward and praise them for pushing their boundaries and giving themselves in trust to a good S. This pair were such a good match. Office worker Masachika (M) has some trust issues and has been having trouble finding a S he didn’t destroy. When the matchmaking Master paired him with the younger university student, Seiji (S) he was horrified until Master pointed out that Seiji was a former M and Masachika could train him to be his perfect gentle S. But it turns out that Masachika didn’t understand himself as well as he thought. It a good thing that the younger Seiji was happy to not be a gentle S all the time after all. Especially when his new M really liked to stir him up,

Story is finished. Being transported to another world is a nightmare for 40yo doctor, Chikayuki Shinra. Sure, he is back in his highschool body, but he was captured by the beastmen who inhabit this world and collared as a sex slave, subject to horrific abuse. That was until he was rescued by a pair of powerful yet gentle beastmen, Gail (from Bear Clan) and Douglas (Lion Clan). Under their care, Chika began to heal in spirit as well as body. There was joy and purpose to be found by Chika in the arms of these possessive giants and their story is something to read and reread.

The cuteness overload, beautiful art, and feelings between these 2 make it an instant favourite. Kai Shizuki was a famous child actor now on hiatus for high school. Apart from being a popular prince type, he has a special ability to see balloons above peoples heads that show their feelings for him. So when he is saved from some 1st year fan girls girls by the dangerous and intimidating by Shinozuka, he is surprised to see the biggest, shiniest balloon over the reputed bag boys head.

This may not be a story to appeal to everyone, but I sure as heck loved it! The Tiger: Koga (29yo) CEO of an IT startup. Successful, driven, ruthless, sadistic, bit of a hedonist and a real alpha male. Never been in love until.. The Hamster: Kojiro, ex country boy who recently quit his horrible and exploitative office job, now relaxing in the slow life working part time at a convenience store. Loves cats, a petite guy who dreams of a nice normal life. That is until he meets.. Koga first saw Kojiro hand in his lost wallet to the police. Intrigued by his honesty, Koga insisted on taking Kojiro out for a meal (and I do mean insisted) as a thank you. Increasingly fascinated by the naive innocence of the younger man, Koga pounced and swept the trembling sweetie into his bed and into his heart. Expect to see intense possessiveness, dominant sex, controlled orgasm, blushing uke, kinky cos play, and more. Oh and love. Because these opposites fall head over heels for each other.

There is a reason that this story is rated (currently mid 2023) at 9.8/10. It’s a great showcase of fantastic characters, clever plot, beautiful artwork, save the world action, unpredictable interactions, bad guys who make sense given their backstory, and a touch of romance. No need for spoilers, just read and enjoy.
