Retsujou PARADOX -Banken ha Yoru Kiba wo Muku-
This is actually so unique and so good??! Whaaat? Seiji is a hired private eye who turns on his client to save his target (Hiroki), whom he fell in love with Seriously, I love how Hiroki is so smart, but didn't see this one coming, yet still decides to trust Seiji after everything. I love that Seiji just goes fuck it, and decides to back Hiroki to the very end. And I'm really, really happy his dad did love him so much. It's bucking the trend in so many ways. And there was like, plot and stuff. So much of it! Is this even yaoi??? 5* But seriously, the sex scenes need to be more, specially scenes like the last one
Oreshika Shiranai Karada
Ryouhei's is falling and how XD Ishigurou, who's madly in love with Ryouhei, a budding musician, asks him to sleep with him even if only once, on the last day of high school. Afterwards, Ryouhei proposes that they continue as sex friends. Because that bitch is hooked XD Edit: Hook, line and sinker! He's crazy about the guy XD
Hanaiki -Kasoku-
AU where first love causes hanaiki (rose breath and rose petals from mouth) I felt so bad for the poor uke, he really hung in there. Seme was so committed, man, that's peak boyfriend goals. Seriously, that's a forever love, if I ever saw one.
Melting Point (Chamji)
Hyun is trudging through life, having applied and failed at various marketing firms despite being qualified and diligent. He goes to what might be his last ditch effort interview after uni and military service, at 29, only to realise that his old classmate (who was more than a classmate) has moved far ahead of him in life (even though Hyun used to tutor him) and works at this firm. And then, he gets hired!! What an angsty, misunderstanding ladden gem of a long winded story. Best wait for chaps 8-18, at least. Not a tonne of progress in 7 chapters, so. Edit: Stop. Hurting. Each other. FFS! Edit: Just when Hyun finally got his life together! My poor baby worked so damn hard! I'm so, so angry. Punch the lights out of that bitch, mate!!
Kachou Fuugetsu
Me everytime: Oh, let me read that one chapter where Also me: Reads the whole thing :/ This is near impossible to put down. This is Japanese manga at its finest. It's so, so good. So much more interesting than many of those pretty boy webcomics
Sutemi no Koubousen
Don't get me wrong, it's definitely very good. Yaotome's sincerity and unwavering loyalty and affection endears me to him endlessly. Also, how brave he is, and how optimistic and even kind. I just like him a lot. Akatsuki, I get why he was the way he was. Sexual orientation related issues left a not insignificant mark on him, in his formative years, but I wish he had accepted it sooner (I wouldn't say realised it sooner, because he definitely realised it years ago). As always, I enjoy notice me senpai stories, with a side of reencounter. And the characters are so likable here, so it's a huge plus. My only complaint is that I don't get to see them more lovey dovey. Need a few more chapters with just fluff and smut. Like, 4, at least
Fukigen na Kimi to Kimagure na Kiss
It was little abrupt, the way he stopped talking to him? I didn't really understand the conflict or the source, and then I was in the middle of it. It was a little weird. Also, why did the uke have to go out of his way to do all that? Seme even said "is it fun, stringing me along?", when he knows the uke loved him since way back. Since before the seme even became aware of him as a person. So, yeah. Not fully satisfied. 4.5
Brother Complex Onii-san, Kocchi Muite
Intriguing. Who is this sensei?? Edit: completely unexpected uke O.o Not the way I envisioned it, but whatever. It was good. Glad the brocon finally paid him attention. 4.45
