Okay… i think we all know why this story came to be. The first half is honestly pure torture. The ML (Hwan) is a jerk who treats the MC (Haejin) as a breeding machine. The MC runs away, the ML chases after him yada yada. It’s your typical case of a regretful ML. After the insufferable first half, I did enjoy the ML’s character development (though his whole personality does a 180) and him making up for how he treated the MC. It’s cool how the author didn’t shy away from the mpreg aspect. You see the MC’s pregnant belly showing and his morning sickness and stuff. The ending is cute. They’re all a happy family. I honestly think the author just wanted to depict mpreg with the lactating aspect and stuff. That they accomplished, but this story isn’t written particularly good (though the art is). It’s a forgettable and messy drama.

yk what this is rly interesting. it goes deep into the systemic side of the omegaverse. very good commentary on feminism and patriarchy.

44 I like this author! Good political drama. Actual enemies to lovers. The romance is pretty frustrating, but the war/politics side of this is interesting

interesting! seems like this will be sweet like the alpha had a vasectomy??? i’ve read a lot of omegaverse, but this is new to me. update: ugh this is a great read. to quote another commenter, in a sea of mediocrity and slop, this is heaven. i love the leads sm, and it’s awesome how they don’t let the alpha/omega thing define themselves. couple goalsss. they’re so cute!! the art is amazing too 21

Really good alpha x alpha pairing. The leads are both absolute messes, and I kind of liked that? The art is gorgeous, but I can’t say they really captivated me… I think it’s just my personal tastes talking here. Anyway, this is just very adult and not so much an uplifting read, but it doesn’t have to be. The dark themes are realistic

8 Yessss, I always love reading about alpha x alpha trope. I find it really interesting! It sort of explores gender roles, where an “alpha” acts as a “mother” for his child. Update: I really loved this but it was so stupid of yuuya to literally rape the ML for the sake of him and the MC’s happiness?? The way the story concluded felt like Sana was used as a tool for their happiness and that two alphas couldn’t become family without having a child imo. I quite like the beginning but let’s be real the ending is so ass

45 interesting! it’s like a parody on toxic omegaverse. i like that the mc is so straightforward and cute. this is alpha x omega but it has a different twist, which i like. i like the psychological undertones, and the mystery is really intriguing. angst? yes. tragic? also yes.
