You can never “stop” attracting creeps because people are assholes and people are everywhere. I’d recommend staying in public places. Guys.. I think what she afraid off the most is suddenly be drag in some ally and rape. Nobody can be at her aide 24/7. So why not consult ir family. Maybe move to a better housing area.
