Authors make the bottom/ML hyperfem to the point he's like a girl, even having the top/2nd ML compare him to one. So many times I've seen them cum from their butt bro.....They give the bottom/ML female anatomy and slap a tiny dick on them. Seeing two masc presenting men(lack of better word) having sex will disgust a lot of ppl who read/write BL. I feel like this is also why a lot of yaoi/BL focuses on sexual aspects rather than relationship. Although you can say yaoi is for smut, het/yuri smut has romantic aspects outside of the sex.
