I just kinda accepted the fact that they were no longer here with me. it took a while and I cried a bit, but I slowly started to forget as life went on. If you're suffering from loss, you should take your time to mourn over their death and slowly accept it. coping is different for everyone, including how long it takes them. first of all, i wanted to say im sorry for ur loss ;-; its v painful since ive experience it too tbh idk since losing someone v important to me became the root of my depression. its hard but dont bottle it up, cry if u need to cry. if u need time for urself to adjust, thats okay too. u need to accept that it happened, that its painful, that ur not......   1 reply

i tried to have no thoughts at all,i tried to meditate(believe me it helps a ton)and crying your heart out is also an option it helps,never ever try to repress your emotions let it all out.To lose a loved one is not easy to overcome,i distinctly remember how i used to cry myself to sleep a lot during those times.   1 reply
