Would you be able to fall in love with a disabled person?

Yeah I know people might be like wtf and all. Just to clear things out, I don't have anything against them and I don't discriminate them or something like that. I was just wondering if I would be able to fall in love with a disabled person knowing all the difficulties. I want some true feelings, answer with your heart not your mind. (though I don't even know if someone would answer)

I live with cervic Dystonia, my muscles are always tense and sometimes (almost always more or less) I can’t control my movements in my neck. My head is shaking and it kinda looks like im freezing but Im not. I have never had a relationship since it started to show (at the age of 15) I have only had sexual relationships.
