Like I've seen people attain nirvana and remain cool in the worst possible scenario some are so optimistic it rubs on me kinda. I've always been a loner but when i don't like something I'm very vocal about it like once i kicked a girl or got into debate/fight with my cousin who glared at his newlywed wife cause she joked about him infront of everyone. The thing that troubles me is the aftemath i spend days thinking i overreacted so i just want to prevent any arguments
I have three of suggestions:
1. Don't give a fuck (works wonders)
2. Don't hang out with people who ticks you off
3. Being angry is a choice, so try and find what and why it makes you angry and try to manage your anger (??) towards it 1 reply
If the anger/ragebait is a reflex or instantaneous reaction, introduce pauses. Whenever you feel the rage bubbling up, focus on your nostrils and take deep breaths, maybe 3 big ones. Move your hands or feet and stretch them to discharge the emotion. Focus on the feeling of your feet on the ground. Take yourself away from the situation if you can if...... reply
