I LOVE MANGAS! But you definitely aren't the only one since my own sister doesn't like reading them ╥﹏╥ she says the same thing, the lack of colour is unappealing to her and she doesn't like the way panels are set up. So I get it, but I'd pick mangas any day, I love them!
Btw, the one manga she actually enjoyed was "the one within the villa......
