I have a narcissistic sister, what I usually do is to limit any interaction I have to make with her, literally just stay in my room, walk around the house she's not there, talk to my sisters in my room instead of the living room, etc etc. with these kinda people, it's frankly hard to change them, they've already been this way for 20+ years,
