I usually sleep for 5-8 hours, I slept 7 hours last night but I still feed sleepy atm, I have an important appointment tomorrow so I don't want to sleep now and stay up the entire night instead, is there a way to refresh myself ? I tried stretching my body and washing my face with water already but I still feel tired
Smelling salts. I'd reaaalllly suggest seing an endocrinologist (hormone specialist) just to rule out hormonal deficiencies. As well as testing for narcolepsy reply
