Cheating means breaking your partner's trust, disrespecting the boundaries. Cheating doesn't exclusively mean sleeping with someone else. If you have already talked about how you want to operate in your relationship and both are on the same page, how is that cheating? Granted, most open relationships don't work because of a skewed power balance bet......   reply

a smart man will tell you polyamory is a capitalist propaganda, but a wise man would tell you humans are not designed for monogamous relationships. as for cheating? thats really only negotiable with your boundaries   3 reply

If both partners consented to an open relationship, I don't think it's cheating. Like some couples have a threesome kink and bring home a third person for a one-night stand, that's an example of an open relationship, I guess. I don't really get it and wouldn't want that for myself, but it's their choice, not mine   1 reply

You don't have to comprehend it anymore than you need......   1 reply

I hope everyone realises that with 8billion humans in the world, some of them don't think the same way you do about certain things, and it isn't inherently wrong because of that, you simply just have different preferences/values in this scenario. An open relationship is mutually ......   2 reply

as much as i hate open relationships/poly etc., i dont think that's cheating. if both parties agree to it, then it's not cheating. bc every relationship is unique and has its own ground set of rules. so as long as you're clear about them, then that's fine.   reply

in theory, no. but in reality, definitely yes. it’s always one person who comes up with the idea because they’re sick of or want to toy with their current partner personally i just think that if you can’t devote yourself romantically and sexually to one person, don’t commit to anyone at all and just fuck around everywhere like the animal y......   2 reply
