So there's a shounen manga よしとおさま! (Yoshitoo Sama) that I read long time a go here in my native language (It's official). But they dropped it.

This manga is about an orphaned, extremely poor yet smart and ambitious guy, Fuji Yoshitoo, met an Oniwaban/undercover agent, Shibuya Sabimaru--who claimed that he is a bodyguard sent by Yoshitoo's father to protect him. Turns out Yoshitoo's the sole heir of one of the most influential business group in Japan, the Inukai family. Thus, many assassins are out to take Yoshitoo's life, for they all don't want to let the fortune of Inukai family goes to the hand of an illegal son that is none other than Yoshitoo. Yeahhh the story is all about this orphan glassess boy and his super loyal oniwaban (Ninja guard). Their relationship more like Master and his loyal dog.

It's drama comedy gag manga. As a fujo I rlly love it since till the end it's all about them. lol. I bought the jap version on Comic.k-manga.jp so if You know the most suitlable translation team who might be willing to take this manga as their project, orr at least I can asked them to, OR, wants to translate it (I can cleaning and typesetting), pleaseee let me knoww

-Ok , its about a girl called F , her bloodline is cursed , she was took in a laboratory as a child with her mom , to turn her to the ultimate being , by using her mothers blood , but it failed and the mom died , she got some power and a split personality
The split personality is called shinzou , which means heart in Japanese
She is so evil , she is the main cause of the curse
So F kills people when she’s shinzou , so she was always chased as wanted , she was so depressed since it caused her mothers death and it wasn’t her fault
But shinzou would go and spread the cursed bloodline
Her first victim was a chinese girl , her name is Jay
And the second victim was marco , a Mexican boi
She had a sister called nerrisa , she was found on the street , they adopted her
But after they were kidnapped , she assumed nerrisa died , so the story is about them looking for cure and to get rid of shinzou
