Ever did/buy something as an adult that you've always wanted to have/do as a kid? How did it feel when you finally did it?

When I was younger, I couldn't buy stuff I needed/wanted because we were poor and very conservative. My dad tho had a bad spending habit and was an impulse buyer. I wasn't allowed to travel, I had a strict curfew and no male friends allowed

When he left us I kinda had freedom to move around. I realized, "hey I actually have money saved up and I've always wanted this", so I bought a new phone (after 5 years), a bts album, skincare products and even a whole frappe just for myself. And no one was to tell me "No". I went to museums almost every week, and my best friend right now is the nicest guy ever. I've never been happier

What's something you did during quarantine that you've never done before? Do you think you could continue it after covid?

mine is baking, fixing a leaky pipe, writing a wholeass fanfic. probably gonna continue writing bc I find it relaxing.

Guys, please stop confusing reality with fiction. I know this site is basically split in two, people who are hung up on morals and the rest who just doesn’t give a fuck. But seriously guys, whenever a question comes up with things concerning incest, if yaoi is bad, shota/lolis, its literally the same shit over and over. We have people saying it’s disgusting to show rape/shota/incest and everything in between because if they do then people might actually commit these crimes, and the rest, who don’t really care. But the thing is, it’s fiction. It’s literally not hurting anyone, and the characters are NOT alive. Rape, pedos, and incest were all things before yaois and lolis/shotas were made. ITS FICTION. Instead of focusing on fictional characters and sprouting about how morally wrong it is to read about made up characters and their made up actions, maybe consider helping real people and children that are being abused? Just my line of thought. We all have different opinions on this topic so feel free to bash me in the comments but this is honestly what I think.

for me, i do this everytime. i'm the type who would binge read all of the mangaka's work within a day and then forget their titles the next day. and i'm also the type who don't read a manga's title and idk why i do that. i read a lot of mangas in a day so this is just the normal result or am not normal at all???

and bcs i forgot them, i just list the mangaka then search them later and i now would remember them. there's also instances where someone recommends a manga and i just searched it up, read the chapter one, then remembers i read this one before, like that.

so, my next door neighbor from when I was younger was my best friend. our families were also close. I didn't;t know if I liked him then bc I was like 7 but our older brother always embarrassed us by saying we liked each other. ofc I always refused bc I was embarrassed. I think he liked me bc he tried to hold my hand once, when we were walking nome from school. I slapped his hand away and awkwardly walked away. then he got someone to tell me he didn't like me (childish ik, but we WERE 7) . I honestly didn't care but he started to avoid me so I thought our friendship was over forever, especially after he and I both moved away. I thought I would n't see him again but we ended up going the same middle school. and I avoid him at all cost but want to know everything about him. he tried talking to me n stuff but I basically ignored him. I think he thinks I hate him or something. but really I think about him a lot and am embarrassed. I hate it. I just want to forget him but I can't. I really don't think I love him or anything, maybe crush (he is fine) but I can't help think how our story is sooo much like something I would read online, like wattpad. maybe I do like him and denying it but I seriously think I may just be obsessed with out story. if we did end up together that would be romantic. then again I don't think I really like him. but I do think about his a lot. idk what is this. I don't understand my own feelings. we have been classmates for couple of years and didn't talk, though I think we are both aware of each other, until I started going o online school. should I just slide into his dms??????????????/ idk I might love him. and I am a teenage with hormones so idk.

WHY DO PEOPLE POST SUMMARIES IN THE COMMENTS? I often see people post summaries of the manga in comments and wonder "...why?" Everytime, sometimes multiple people mass post the same exact thing. Is there a reason for this or is it just random?

Yep I know that this is a pretty big topic rn, but what are your opinions on tik tok in general? Like before they started to tag mangago. I think its full of the annoying dances, attention seekers and just annoying people overall. And now that they are tagging mangago and in the past mangarock, I really am starting to dislike them.
