I'm not really sure but I think at least one of my first yaois was Oshioki Gakuen.. I stumbled across the anime of Koisuru Boukun on youtube, which led me to the manga, which in turn led to a serious yaoi addiction.
Koisuru Boukun is still my favorite because it really did change my life.
