Talking and venting to people you trust to keep stuff confidential helps, taking a walk outside and interacting with animals helps a lot too, and eating crushed ice, ice cream (really anything cold and/or sweet, that isn’t heavy) helps subdue the pit of despair, making to do lists even with small goals helps too (if you can follow it then amazing...... reply
Therapy works. Sometimes it’s trial and error though. Exercising. Maybe see if you’re vitamin deficient. Being in the sunlight…maybe go for a walk. Socializing, even if they’re not friends. Also, trying new things and having multiple hobbies. Getting a pet might help reply
