Not really tho, I've seen cliché but I don't see them in this one. Can you enlighten me? Most are so predictable and unrealistic but this one isn't..

The writing is realistic. Feels like you can understand each character and what they're going through but to each their own

Chang is a cliché antagonist. He likes our MC but due to his cliché brain his love turned into *lets give him a debt and treat him like shit*.

Ed is the usual nonsense stupid/nonsense MC. All these years he has been indebted to Chang due to a tricky deal and he still don’t hate Chang, thats our usual *can’t hate people* MC.
And now Ed blame McQueen as if McQueen ever forced anyone to do porn. + after blaming McQueen, Ed goes to become a prostitute.
Basic Nonsense Cliché Uke.

So many men are mesmerized by Ed. Ukes are always are a turn on for any men in cliché yaois.

This whole story’s drama is based on Chang cliché *i’m doing bad stuff for no reason* and Ed cliché *i had a huge argument with McQueen because my brain died*.

ok explain why Chang put a debt on Ed and explain how can Ed blame McQueen and then go prostitute himself.

Thanks. I put all my heart while reading yaois so when the authors betray my feelings with these bad clichés, it hits me hard xD.

It is like they got a book: how to write a yaoi?

Step 1- have a big misunderstanding that can be solved in one sentence

Step 2- the uke should be the only one who does not understand what goes on, only making the simple misunderstanding bigger

Step 3- create a desirebale Seme who will get sick of the uke or too needie

Step 4- have a hot protogonist who isn't really bad. He love the uke but he diesn't know how to express his feeling so rape is the sulotion

Step 5- the uke needs ti suffer

Step 6- the Idiotic seme now realized the uke is the love of his life ( in happened somewhere betwwen to pages ... )


Step 7- death or happy ebding. One of the both or dying together.



And that's how you write a Yaoi my dear.


But i actually like this one very much:))))

After reading the spoilers, i lost interest in this story. The art is good, the men are sexy but i was invested so i dont wanna continue because it’s just not to my taste.

I don’t mind uke raped if i’m not invested. I’m just going through the pages *well this sucks....* and continues but this one i had hopes so it kinda depressed me knowing it will just get bad.

Because humans are flawed and all have different personalities and ways of thinking shaped by a multitude of things. Also didn't Ed just explain his thought process in the latest chapter? Also the writing is literally the best writing in yaoi name another with the same eloquence

Chang's reasoning is yet to be explained but he's clearly been punishing Ed for his self hatred over lusting over him and having feelings for him

Lol if that is an explanation for what chang did. Then you can just use that for everything that happens in all stories.

Now all stories are super realistic and the authors are just so good at making characters.

Of course he feels that way, his life is pretty much ruined but that doesn't mean his feelings for McQueen are over... how is that so hard to understand. Life is not black and white

hmmm i mean everyone has their own opinion on things, its not like we have the same exact tastes on stories, plots or whatnots. Beepbopp has a point of it being cliche and all, but isn't it what makes it feels real ? Our life IS full of cliches, since our actions has been repeated several times from past times making it overused, we just don't or we have realize this thought but left it as that since thats how our life is.
