And continued overthinking made me extremely exhausted, ended up gaslighting myself to do it next time or believe I already did. I hate myself T°T

Lmao I dread opening them, so I waste time cause I don't know what in the Pandora's box is it about, could be a simple hi hello or suddenly asking you to hang out, then dread about how to reply so I waste more time, then I think too much, I thought I already sent a reply then by the time I notice too much time has passed so I ended up not replying. Same lol. I hate getting out of the house and I hate any requests for a visit or dropping by to visit. I know I won't feel awkward when a particular few I'm comfortable with DO visit, in fact sometimes I even have fun when they visit but I just hate to be bothered, thinking I'd rather just avoid any possibilities of a problem occuring.
