Kitty suddenly left home after finding out he’s adopted. I guess he went to go see his biological father, but didn’t know what he was getting himself into. I’m also assuming that he’s hay or his foster parents found out. I only assume from the context of the hospital flashback. His friend (I’m assuming he knows that Kitty is gay) finds out he went out suddenly and wants to go see him out there as well so he won’t be alone. So Kitty in this old town and runs into Bunny’s little sister and for some reason she doesn’t talk. Bunny finally shows up to pick up his little sister and they eventually meet again randomly in a (Bunny’s?) store.
I could be assuming the gay inclination, but it’s solely on his foster parents reaction or what they had said to him in the hospital. Not about skipping class, but something like ‘why are you like that?’ Something like that.
