Welp this shit fate thing has stepped up to another level here.
As much as I hate the very concept of fate, it was a refreshing version of it.
And way better than your usual omegaverse where people are depicted basically as cats in heat but HEEEEH sometimes they're fated but still they keep on the cat in heat act.
A final adult scene would have been a good conclusion (I mean, jigeon IS an adult, alright?) but it was absolutely not necessary.
The brotherly love was sweet, sometimes bitter but made sense in the end, and I love the fact that they didn't just clash.
Nice read.
This was way too complicated without having much to say.
It's just about obsession of both manipulative protagonists and the ending just shows them diving deeper in that unhealthy relationship.
The storyline is confusing as fck ( and the shitty translation of the 1st chapters makes it even worse) but in the end, absolutely nothing happened and they re still stuck in the same shit.
The characters are all detestable and the moral of the story is : "when life is shit, be even shittier then all's well that ends well", wtf.
What spoilers? No there's no spoilers here wtf
So cliiiiiiiiiiiiiiché, everything's sooooooooo cliché. Omg. And the art is... meh, the characters look so stiff.
But more than that, it's so cliché.
So cliché that i feel like the plot, the characters, the positions, art style, dialogues, any events in this story and even the COLOURS or (lol!) Characters' proportions could be swapped with any others from any yaoi/heroic fantasy book, we wouldn't even notice it.
The only good thing in this whole book is Bia.
Well that sure was unique. At first, the art made me uncomfortable, and i couldn't figure out where the story was going.
It was about magic,.then relationships, and expectations, also about hardships, and society, and life.
But in the end, it's a story about burnouts, and i like the message conveyed.
Don't try to be perfect, don't fit other's expectations and learn to let go. Just live.
It's a beautiful yet subtle ending.
But really the art style is.... Ughhhhhh ><
And i cried for Miyeong. Seriously having a hard time with these kind of things, my dog is at the end of his life and I somehow became hypersensitive on that matter...
RIP, asshole parrot
About that seth x horus ship because horus is oh so virtuous and caring.
Did you guys all skip season 1?
Horus was literally the first one shown raping* seth...
Well Osiris was the first but it appeared way later in the story if i remember well?
I'm actually more interested in knowing how they're gonna break the curse, what's going to happen to anubis, isis current situation and how the humans will overcome all that actual mess.
It's been a while since we last saw Ra, i miss her mischievous character and I'm curious about her behaviour in season 1.
And i also wanna know who the hell is the foreign god who was after Seth's ass for so many chapters oO
Feel free to dm me spoilers xD
I don’t remember Set apologizing to the countless lives he took and tried to rape Horus just to gain the upper hand, let’s not forget he was the god of war with murderous intent. And in chapter 28 or 29, the part where Horus is about to be raped by Set, the mirror is shown and Sekhmet states that this was all Set’s choice to do his petty little revenge (referring to trying to rape Horus), then the mirror shows, and Horus suddenly has this glint in his eyes or something that triggers him AFTER the mirror is shown, and he suddenly raped Set.
Well more than apologizing, he's been judged, lost his status as a god and is cursed xD
And his punishment in season 2 is clearly over the top, I can't even recall how many times he's been raped by the entire ecosystem, apologies at this point sound more like a joke.
Also, didn't Seth madness start after he was violated by Osiris?
Ah but some of the comments today go against that...
I think we really need the conclusion and a clear re-read of the whole story to put everything in the right place because so far, whatever hidden clues about why or how, Seth is the one that's been raped countless times.
But as cruel a god he was, as is his punishment without even the physical abuses he had to go through.
What i mean is that his sanity as a god was long gone before his judgement, but the rejection from all the other gods, his demotion, the loss of his wife then his son who was actually not his son but is still cursed together with him and used and abused by his real father who happened to be Seth's rapist + the curse and, to top it off, the realisation and consequences of what he did, all that on a not-god-anymore mind... Well i do feel pity for seth and somehow became attached to him.
Im not defending or justifying any of his deeds, and no punishment will ever erase it, but i kinda relate on things out of your control that can really mentally fck you up. I think i wouldn't have been better if i had power.
There no real dichotomy in this story and i love it. The world is nether black nor white and the characters are all pretty deep.
I really miss the other dogs.
Yeah that’s why I don’t get why you brought up Horus being a rapist, just like how Set was out of control.
Horus was literally out of control as well. I made a lengthy post you can check if you want. Also thanks for sharing! I appreciate your insight. I don’t keep track of it a lot so I forget things.
And yeah I also don’t like how Set is the only one punishes for his crimes. Yes Osirisis the root of all this. Life can be chaos, if there is life, there is bound to be chaos.
Thanks again. Sorry if I sounded rude or anything in any way

I can't deal with that fate, and it was even worse here. I mean, he literally contradicted himself in two sentences. "It has nothing to do with fate" blah blah "I was born to love you".
The whole message was ruined and made Leo's fight and pain meaningless.
Could have been a wonderful love story about how an alpha went against "fate" and instincts to help an omega overcome his legit trauma caused by a liar hiding behind a fake fate he made up to scam his... Mother? Till he died, But nope, it had to be fate. Tsk.
Also just thought those genderfluid and feminist extremists would just explode if they came across the concept of omegaverse lol
But yea seriously I'm disappointed. There was a good base for a good story but fate had to come fuck shit up and make it random.
