The queen is so naive, like what was her power for? She is supposed to be the queen however she is unable to stop or control a single thing?? If she knew that everyone despised her husband then why would she not take proper measures to get him executed?? The king is mad and no one even tried to stop him or find a new king?? Bro the whole kingdom is shit

Everyone here who's commenting that it lacks originality is forgetting that the entire dungeons and monsters setting is an entire genre in itself. If you wanted original theme then that would've meant changing the whole genre, and it's impossible to come up with a whole new genre for every new manhwa that is going to be released.
Also the story in itself is pretty original so far, the entire dream concept along with retrieving pieces of himself to reach ascension is unique and I haven't come across such a story yet

I can't be the only one who was genuinely concerned for the health of the top right? Like it's extremely concerning as to how he failed to sometimes distinguish between acting and his real personality, especially when his acting included psychopathic characters! The manager should've taken precautions instead of just telling him to push himself harder till he reached his breaking point!! There was a high chance that the manager's negligence could've created a potential psychopath

I can finally say what I've been meaning to for such a long time. I absolutely despise how everyone in the college dealt with the issue of a student sleeping with a professor.
Like both the professor and Baram were equally liable to be in a relationship, and anyone who knows Baram knows that she doesn't seem like the type of person to sleep with someone who's already in a relationship. However everyone solely blamed Baram for the adultery when the actual person responsible was the professor who never revealed his marital status. And it's not illegal since it's a college setting!!!
No one even considered her innocence before absolutely ruining her mental state and reputation.
Now onto the next point, I honestly don't want her to end up with any of the male leads. Like it's better for them to remain friends yk? Like not everything has to be romantic, especially in a story where the mc has had a traumatic past romance.
Sorry for this huge comment lol

Absolutely agree with you. Thank you for your input. Though I'm 100% sure the author gonna make her end up with them since readers what it and it's under romance.
If she end up with one I have to pick either Seungyeon or Jaerim because they never force their feelings onto her or expect her to react to them. Seongjun is just a read flag irl too. He makes her feel so insecure and triggers her of her past. May I ask what you think? Despite you saying you don't want her end up with none of them, but if you have pick who would you choose?

Is it ethical for a professor to sleep with his/her students tho? I know they're both adult, but from what I understand, in some places that's kinda frown upon bc of the power dynamic. Like for example, bosses sleeping with employees or therapists sleeping with their patients. I remember reading somewhere that in Seattle (and probably other states too), therapists are prohibited to have relationship with their patients bc they are in a more vulnerable state . On baram's notes, I think other people misunderstood her bc of the rumors. I mean the daughter deliberately spreads those rumors to make her look bad. And since she took time off the school and didn't "clarify" the situation, people don't know the truth except her friends.

I also want to see the closure. Since the story hasn't ended yet., I think the closure would be clearing baram's name and maybe having an update on the professor's daughter? I was surprised to see they solved the "ghost" problem mid story. Imo, The problem is probably not over yet.
It's also not very clear in the story, but my guess of what happened in the beginning is that the school found out about the relationship and probably fired/suspended the professor since he violated the code of conduct (being a professor but cheated on his wife while having a relationship with his student). This is probably why he committed suicide since he lost everything--job, reputation, respect, and family. His daughter couldn't bring herself to blame her dad, so she blamed it on baram and made rumors about her bc she wanted to believe she is the cause of everything.
The story told one side of story which is baram's (understandably since she's a victim and the main lead), but it kinda failed to give a full picture bc I'm 100% sure it's not easy for the professor's family either. Even when it's not their fault, they probably suffered a lot as evident why his daughter acted that way. I mean the professor himself even committed suicide, so even if the story doesn't show it, he probably faced a lot of comments direct as him with people thinking he's a pervert who took advantage of his students. So yeah, with the upcoming chapters, maybe they will delve in to more of the backstory and give a closure, or they might completely disregard it and move on with baram's love story lol
Like I don't like either ml or fl, because they're both annoying and I wished we got to see our mc too. But for me the story itself is not that interesting either, like i don't know but it just seems so monotonous. Most historical isekais have a good story which has progressed fairly after 25 chapters but to me this one hasn't really shown much of anything, be it the kingdom or the actual problems. It goes around and comes back in a circle
Right uh one of it's tags is...slice of life...so...
Well if it's problems that you want, they would be there but quite a while later, still the story will revolve around the three rather than the empire's problem or smthn complicated.
This type of story, it's better in novel since u can read faster and get more depth on the characters. Plus the manhwa just...isn't good tbh
I don't mean problems honestly, it's just that the pacing in the manhwa feels weird? Like i loved the novel so I was excited for the manhwa as it's not everyday you get a slice of life male reincarnation. But it really fell short compared to the novel ngl
Oh u have read the novel too? Yes I totally relate, the manhwa feels all over the place seriously. It's like they are hurrying to show some "action" or "interesting" things idk. I know the context and the characters so I am able to understand but even I am getting bored with the generic adrogenous art and haphazard dialogues and pacing
I've not completed it but the difference between the manhwa and novel become noticeable within the first 20 chapters of them. The novel till chapter 20-30 is still picking up pace and showing the characters properly. But in manhwa i legit didn't know anything about the characters. Like who are all the side characters, i only knew their names. The manhwa promoted me to read the novel as without it I was completely lost
I've too only read till translations done by eap.
Lmao at this point it ended up being a promotional manhwa lmao
