Yeah. That's true. But the main problem is precisely because of the rut and Noah's manifestation, and subsequent marking, and pregnancy. So I guess for you wanting to skip past that scene to get to the rest of the story kinda doesn't make sense. Plus, I want to see what the dynamics is like, given that Ian's pheromones (faultiness, quirkiness, repulsiveness) is all about. This is what is causing all the subsequent problems for Noah. If we had just left the story at Noah's giving back his inhibitor injector then end of story. But the pheromones now play a really big factor. And plus, this is yaoi Omegaverse, so what can you expect??? Plus, more sexy time. =)
I personally don't see the beginning chapters with all the sex is necessary but I definitely want to see the flashbacks (their relationship) and especially this scenario, since, again it is catapult to their (what their) relationship is like now (afterwards).

When the FL first met him in this life, she talked about how he’s familiar and how she normally feels that way as it isn’t the first time she’s encountered familiar faces in her past lives.
