see I can’t get passed the 1st episode of the first season cuz the mc just looks so…sparkly chipmunk but in a bad way? I get he’s an omega but like mans is permanently blushing and has puppy eyes and I just can’t with bottoms looking like this generic cute format. I MAY BE A HYPOCRITE cuz I LOVED cherry blossoms after winter but the bottom wasn’t like “w…wiw you sweep wif me?” in the first ep sooooooo. Then I was like ooo an art change maybe that will make me read it! nope. just worse the characters look so so flat and like no detail is being put into them

Then the fact that he is not aware of his surroundings like he gets approached by weird ass mfuckers and instead of protecting himself he falls for their shit all the time. For someone who’s been through what he has, shouldn’t he have a better sense of danger and learn to protect himself instead of always crying n getting rescued by seme and that girl lol.
Won't say they didn't make him into the really innocent type, which is not exactly my cup of tea either, but everyone reacts to trauma differently and everyone's personality is different. Like the seme, he's a nice polite guy who does what he thinks he needs to do to get by. He's working, whoreing himself out to people who'd be interested in an easy fuck for money/housing (mostly assholes), and demeaning himself because thats how he's internalized what the world has effectively been saying to him since he was born. If the scenes of him being rescued didnt play, I'm sure it'd either be him dealing with the assholes to get a place to stay or running away last minute. He does what he can but he literally has no family, adult guardian, and no stable pay. Fighting for severance pay did not work out (i wonder if the coworker who was 'on hjs side'was the one who stole the goods) and probably has not before. That's the amount of fight i expect for someone who probably doesn't really like conflict to begin with.
My point is that he's not the street wise adult he could be in another world, but the face of another way people adapt to trauma, likeable or not. Honestly, he's more realistic to me than the ml who literally falls in love at first sight. That's the kind of story this is though.

I think more like she's desperate that's why she's making "dumb" decisions. Thinking she's running out of time. The only option is to go to someone where she thought she only needs to work just little more to earn their favor. Yes, he failed her already but let's not forget the fact that she knows the route for normal mode wherein it's Callisto who will k1ll her. Also Eclis' favorability scale is the highest compared to other MLs. Reality check: we tend to be stubborn no matter how much we fail because we know with only just little work, we'll reach our goal. Too bad though this gauge thing is like a trap because sometimes that remaining percentage is the most difficult and sometimes the longest time to finish.

considering it’s a different artist it’s surprising that lucia is an accurate depiction of the og. Hue on the other hand compared to the og is giving more vampire pretty boy??? lmao I think his eye proportion is alot smaller, and his face has more dimension which seems to be a big difference in the two artists. I do really miss the vibrancy of the og, how bright the colors were and also how clearly you could see the character. Lucia’s face proportions to me were a lot better in the og so I hope they nail that later. This artists smooths things out a lot which I feel like might make them blend into the background more. I also liked the more comical look Hue had because of it (thick thick eyebrows just do something to me), but I could adjust to this one cuz I feel like the artist is trying to keep it original and imma look at it like this is Hue in husband mode (more pretty boy aesthetic???). Overall the most important thing to me is whether the emotions will show through the same, in more detailed art if the artist don’t got their proportions right, I feel like the emotional scenes might not hit as hard which I’d be super upset abt…But just based on this chapter looks good to me!!
