omg albert is so corny its cute
he's actually so my type it's not even funny anymore
the art is actually so fucking delicioussssss i need more
also fuck this red head bastard.... also why does he have red eyes...? (ig we'll see)

Didn't Asha mention that his mother was experimenting on hunters by 'turning them into monsters and see if silver worked on them' or something? The red head's mother told him his household has been ruined due to (I assume they are) vampires like Asha, so he's probably one of the failed or/and escaped experiments

they match each others freaks so well
also ppl hate on the girl too much
they literally show us both of their thoughts (more of the guys perspective tho) they are both clearly a little mentally unwell, which is rare for manhwas and i appreciate the representation.

Honestly, I think there’s a beautiful progression as their relationship deepens and they get to know each other AND themselves more, I looooove this manhwa! I think it’s very realistic and in my opinion their dynamic in the last few chapters is pretty healthy :o (although it need some more communication and to state that they clearly care for one another and are committed to this relationship, whether it’s purely sexual/about the play or it’s a more romantic one)
And Johee is really understandable and, like, a normal person, to me ? Just figuring thing out, maybe the hate she gets is fueled by a lot of misogyny/ internalised misogyny, bc women get so much pressure to be perfect, not make any mistake and there’s the idea that they can’t do harm, which is just incorrect
I like where this is going tho, really lovely work with BDSM in it, super refreshing to read, to me

yes i totally agree that they need more communication. they definitely r progressing in a healthier way but there is still a wall between them. honestly there's only a few times where they actually just normally hung out.
they are both traumatized(?) or have been hurt in their own way which builds a wall between them, and also creates feelings of confliction or doubt.
i also feel like the hate that johee gets is fueled from some kind of misogyny and it's really sad to see... this is highkey why we don't see these kind of works in the mainstream

I read this a long time ago and refuse to reread it so i forgot some of it but....
idk how old some of yall r in these comment sections saying that they are all realistic depictions of teenagers but i have to disagree.
As a teenager myself i could never agree with most of the actions a lot of the characters took. Of course i'm not saying that I had the situations as them growing up or that my environment is the same as theirs, but i still understood what they went through and how that impacted their character and actions. But even then it just felt like the author tried to extend one of her best selling mangas with the pretext of the characters backstories in mind. but then she proceeds to not give us more to their happy ending when it took way too long to get one in the first place. IMO it's just a really sad story abt some kids, which pissed ppl off as it started further and further away from a romance and became more drama/angst.
while i do agree it's not that bad it's also just not as good as so many people say it is, and i will die on that hill.

As someone in her 20's and that's working as a fill in teacher to gain experience in the field, I believe the story reflects youth very well. It's okay for them to struggle, make mistakes, learn to properly communicate and grow. The problem is people expecting these teenagers to always act right and never make any mistakes.
like i knew it was gonna happen but i was highkey hoping it wouldn't....
like he's in high school omgggg (i get that japan has different standards but oh god)
also lwk can't keep up with their thoughts anymore, lwk lost
