As a day one Nagi fan i feel like there's only one of two choices here for nagi, either watch blue lock in the u-20 games from the sidelines and let his so-called "ego" fade, or beg Ego to let him go on a training arc and come back (but in an entirely different way than kunigami). as someone who has been a long time follower of the author (ifykyk) i was so happy to see that they had an official serialization, and i have not been disappointed. Of course the art is amazing, but also the story. We still have yet to unpack a lot of background story and lore, but also the power systems and characters. The characters r all so good and the author makes sure that each one is important in their way. Some of the background stories r sad but the clever comedy balances it out perfectly. I can't wait to see Mogari's backstory and am excited to see where the story goes! (also kanzaki and their teacher r so fine)

Although i only read this manga to read it (at first) seeing the story unfold i now see that's its deeper than i thought. Mikuni is a lot more evil than i thought. After seeing more and more parts of his backstory i thought i would be able to sympathize with him, even just a little bit, but nope. He his one of those characters who r just a ball of pure evil, but it works for this story. The plot twists, characters, lore, story building are all pretty good, the anime lowkey did it dirty. I'm excited to see what happens next.

omg as someone who's read over 1000 mangas/manhwas this is one of the best i've read in a while. I love the characters a lot, they each have their own unique personality and designs that align perfectly with their character, and the art style is beautiful. The storytelling is good but the pacing is a little fast (not complaining). We still don't know a lot about the world or the other witches and majiks, which make it all the more interesting as we learn with Ichi. All that being said I just
