She's the one who assumed he was gay, even though he could be bi or heck, it was just a flippant comment/joke (bearing in mind the context of their conversation when he said that).
If he allowed her to think he was gay to get close to her, then yeah, he's a piece of shit. But this whole thing could also just be one big misunderstanding, so we'll have to wait and see I guess.

Again, if he is consciously pretending to be gay to get close to her, then yes, what he's doing is bad. However, I'm starting to doubt that since no one else thinks he's gay. Everyone around them thinks he's straight (the female friend knows he is and is helping him with the FL) which means the FL is the one making the assumption he's gay, without him ever having confirmed it. The ML just thinks she's dense, I don't think he knows she thinks he's gay.
Again, this is just based from the 3 chapters, and until we have more info, I don't think we can judge him since this could all just be the FL's misunderstanding. She's obviously pretty naive and clueless, so it's not unlikely either.

Yes he is not technically cheating currently, because they have divorced, however he was unfaithful to his wife when they were married. His engagement in sexual activity with the nurse was what triggered the nurse to reach out to him, the wife saw that and divorced.
From what I've understood, that was a drinking/hotel party he was obligated to got o since he was tasked with taking care of the director. One can argue he shouldn't have been there in the first place, but Korean (and Japanese) work culture means he didn't have much choice in the matter. He didn't do anything sexual with the nurse (technically) and gave her a cursory breast exam. Again, if I've missed something, please let me know, but as I understand it, there was no actual cheating until after the divorce.

Same thought. Althought both parties know that the marriage is failing, the ML didn't do anything that would be considered as cheating while in the middle of marriage. They really didn't communicate at all; I think they're both to blame for the failure of their marriage. I do think the husband may have cheated emotionally before the divorce, but as far as physical cheating goes, there's been no evidence of that yet. But who knows! Future chapters may say/ imply otherwise.
