Hm...Can I be honest with you? I am seeing a lot of people complaining about the three-year gap, the fact that they weren't together for the three-years, the lack of flashbacks...but seriously I think you are analyzing it too much for what it really is...
Don't forget that this was a love triangle...there were two main ships and even though for everyone with a minimal sense of observation it was Jowoon since the start a lot of people, readers, BUYERS loved and wanted Taku to end with Haesoo. The authors knew that she would disappoint almost half of her readers.
What she is doing with the three-year gap, the fact that they were apart again, is showing that it was difficult, that even though he chooses Jowoon, it wasn't easy and he still decided first to be alone. It's probably also to show that he didn't break up with Taku only because he loved Jowoon but also because he was lost in so many parts of his life, that even without Jowoon, Taku wouldn't have been the one for him.
What is the most important thing is that in the end, he comes back to the person he loves, he comes back to Jowoon...
As for the people who complain about the lack of Joohae moments, yes they probably don't have as many moments, bed scenes as Taku had with Haesoo but it doesn't disturb me at all...I mean the shadow of Jowoon was there every time they were together. So yeah just know that every time Haesoo was with Taku, his head, heart, mind, soul belonged to Jowoon.
Theorie on what is going to happen next...
As we can see SH violence reminded NK of his kidnapper...Then SH attached him (hands, feet, covered his eyes) in the exact same way and position his kidnapper did.
NK is going to break and will have a PTSD crisis...it's going to be really bad. Like realllyyyyy bad. Mr Kim will have to speak that's for sure and his sister will be here too. At the end SH is going to let NK go with his sister.
Just thinking about how SH is going to regret all of that after makes me feel better. The angst of the story is finally going to be satisfying...

Ok just imagine if Haesoo had chosen Taku...just imagine how Jowoon would have reacted? He would put an act in front of Haesoo, smile at him, telling him that he is there for him no matter what. That's the biggest difference between Jowoon and Taku.
And for people telling that Jowoon stans are still so obsessed with Taku when it's Joohae endgame..guys we know that it's Joohae endgame since chapter one...and for those who needed confirmation, it was clear since five chapters ago now. This is just us being angry at the fact that Jowoon was painted as the bad guy during the whole story when Taku is a selfish child ! I AM NOT A GOOD PERSON he said it himself jeez...

Why losing three chapters on a rape scene when you could make your plot move forward? When they are SO MANY unresolved stories? There are almost NO DIALOGUES.
If it isn't for making the story longer for economical purposes then idk what it is...and don't tell me that it's because people enjoy sex scenes. Besides the people that take pleasure in watching a rape scene, everyone is disliking it and the author knows how the audience is disappointed by it.
Just to make it clear...The fact that SH doesn't know the truth so that he still thinks that NK tried to run away after his confession and that his feelings are unrequited doesn't excuse in the slightest his behavior in the recent chapters...

I have a hitch that even if Nakyum would try to explain what happened, Seungho wouldn't believe him, especially not after he gave him the chance to speak up in chapter 62 and all he could say was "I'm sorry."
Whenever Nakyum says/thinks of something, I get chills. Last ch he was thinking that after all this, he doesn't dislike Seungho, and today, he was still trying to convince Seungho that he doesn't want to leave. But ofc the brightest mind of the land can't comprehend shit not even when it's spelled out for him.
