For someone in a relationship. The lack of boundaries he had with his ex-girlfriend was shocking. Going on outing "dates" with her, letting her stay over at his home, making your girlfriend feel like the third wheel by "inviting" her to your dinner with your ex. Not to mention frequent PDA. He never explained why they broke up and was a prick to the FL about it.
There is no backstory to why he is THAT close to the ex or confirmation that he still doesn't have feelings for her.
This is why the ending seems rushed and there is a lack of character development.
The FL is annoying for how easily she forgave him under the reasoning it was all her fault for being insecure about her age.
The ML is an immature brat that wont let go to his attachment with his ex and made up with the FL because he got jealous seeing her leave with the other guy (who seems a better match).
This relationship seems doomed due to the lack character and chemistry between both of them.
