I already marked it as 'now reading'. Just like I did to my other reading list, and usually, thats enough to give me notification. Its my first time hearing this subscribe thing

Yes you are right it usually happens automatically if it's marked as "now reading" but sometimes it can unsubscribe on accident; it's a little box that can be found under the rating you give (●'◡'●)ﾉ

If that box is checked and you still don't recieve notification for the manhwa then it might be that the uploader is choosing not to notify the subscribers ╮(￣▽￣)╭ and if that is the case then there is no helping it ╥﹏╥

Ohhh. Then the latter might the case (maybe only with me hahaha) since I have it already on checked.

Anyways, I heard long ago about how can an uploader choose not to notify the subscribers about the update. I only heard it once so Im not sure its actually a thing lols

Can someone please explain to me about the esper and guide situation.
It's really different from the one I know.

From a read it looks like here espers are external physical type ability users while guides are more metaphysical mental ability users which can also I guess manifest in terms of some forms of elemental manipulation. Mind you this is just me spitballing because I ain't never had ever seen a guide verse like this

I too understand it as the esper have physical powers and guides have mental powers with benefits (like how the ML created a whole lake). They still need each other for guiding. Usually only the esper needs the guide, but here they both seem to need the other to stabilise.
No weak guides here :)

Ohh thank you for your concern. Its nothing much though hahah. Its just that the confusion from the past chapters accumulate, so every now and then, something confuses me about what's going on. Also, since this is not the only thing I read, I forgot some names (but not the face) and other stuff, and that adds to the confusion too. I can still follow the story though, but I sometimes wonder why is he in there or how he end up in this etc (￣∇￣")

Anyway, I read from a comment long ago that reading the novel would help us understand the story better.. So Im planning to do that hahah (●'◡'●)ﾉ
