Same place on pages 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, 13, 14, 17 ... and so on. If it's not the upper two, it's the lower or middle frames. Sometimes, 3 frames are spoiled by the ugly watermark.
Then go buy your own copy and stfu. You acknowledge the time and effort it takes to destroy (that's really what scanners are doing) their copies for our enjoyment, only to turn around and complain. Shut. Up.

Still, I wonder if people just automatically hit the "cute" tag without thinking just because they like the couple. I question doing that because it's misleading. I think that people who are triggered by violent content read it thinking that they are getting another light romance, and that's a shame because then the experience is really unpleasant for them. The one thing that helps people sort out what stories they want to read is the tags and warnings.
i agree with you, i always find out after reading a manga that the tags were misleading, and CUTE doesn't apply to this one, indeed it's good paced and a good story but not cute
