I feel you. This was the first manga from Harada to fuck me up this bad, but honestly if you skip that part you don't experience the intensity. It's supposed to be unbearable. Also it's worth it for the relief the next chapter brings. I remember reading that chapter late at night and I couldn't get any sleep because my head was trying to recover. But it's your choice of course.
