Domt be silly. He did not cheat on him. They were never a couple prior to the accident, it was an affair that the seme broke off. He realized how much he loved his boo when he got into the accident. He had sex with the kid to releive his guilt of possibly ruining a family and letting thevman go that he loved. Which is why, when his boo came out of a coma, he decided to support the mans family while pursuing him and thats why he didnt chase the kid who came with his fake turn real boyfriend later. this is my first time seeing a manga like dis how they format the story is very interesting and it's so intense as well like it actually made me wonder whether it's goin to be a happy ending or not

It's a toxic relatioship at first but if u see what happen to them in the past u will understand their actions of how they were manipulated and abuse by their loves one and that can really take a toll on someone and I know it's not an excuse for his action but we have to understand where he's coming from and wt he's been through and as the story progress he regretted doin all those things to him because he realized that he loves him and people comments be like how can the uke fall in love with him? It's simple they have a lot in common and realized that he's the only person who cared for him and understands why the seme we're acting like dat towards him because he saw himself in uke. As the story progress the seme realized that he has feeling towards the uke and how he regretted all his past actions and makes up for it and dat is called ''growth'' and there is no such thing as perfect couple but there is a growing couple who strive and grow together.
